Can't Stand Still

I grew up in a conservative church where dancing wasn't proper worship etiquette. I am not opposed to this type of restraint. I know sitting still in a pew can produce respect and honor. However, recently I can't sit still. I visited a conservative church this last Sunday and I was rocking in my seat. I couldn't hold back my praise. My soul is craving expression!

I don't dance at every opportunity; however, lately it is harder to remain still. I am breaking out of whatever was holding me back. God is worthy of our praise. He wants us to be caught in His dance. He wants us to be vessels of deliverance and worship.
