This last winter season was difficult for me. My hospital stay was torture. I am not going to water it down. I had visions of hell. I experienced Lamentation. I am recovering from this trial fully aware that I need Christian fellowship.
It is also true: a seed must be buried before it produces fruit.
We all must experience our lamentation season before we leap on the mountain tops with our brothers and sisters. We must prove our devotion to one another by experiencing various trails and temptations together as a body.
Remind us, Lord, to number our days. Help us not take each other for granted.
