Follow Him

There are those who believe the Bible's language is too archaic. They suggest the Bible isn't relevant in today's culture. This is why certain Bible translators have attempted to make it easier to understand. A good example of this type of translation is The Message.

I have decided to take a scripture verse and make it more "understandable" to the public.

Matthew 16:24
Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and step into his electric chair, turn it on, and follow Me.

Even in today's terms, I doubt people will understand. God's ways are not our ways.
