This year I am experiencing joy unspeakable and full of glory. I feel delightfully close to my Creator. Honestly, I don’t remember ever feeling this content. It is hard to imagine this life exceeding its current beauty.
On the flip side, my past is saturated with difficult times. These valleys convinced me that life couldn’t get any harder. If life became harder, I wouldn’t survive. I believed I was at a breaking point.
Both assumptions are untrue…life will and can get better, and God’s grace is sufficient for any hardship. God takes us from glory to glory. His beauty is ever increasing and His discipline continues to challenge.
