Today

Today is Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Today was one of the best days I have had in a long time. I reached out to people who made me feel uncomfortable. I find this appears to help me. If I have the strength to meet people who don't share my beliefs, I am more capable of knowing my own. I came to Clyborne rehearsal and it was extremely powerful. It is obvious that there is always a divide when people discuss race. I don't really understand it because I never see people as divided. I think every admission or unspoken sentiment is felt in the divine. I've been leaning on my coping skills, but also learning how to be assertive when I need to be. Especially, when it comes to my health.
